Cowherd admittedly didn’t watch ZW play this year
His rationale (different show/segment) was he watched Zach against UW and against Utah twice, and he didn’t “pop.”
I actually prefer cowherd to most sports talk show hosts, but that’s pretty lazy to base an evaluation off of a previous season. Not saying that sports talk people don’t do this constantly, I’m just surprised he would admit it.
And if we’re going off 2020, Zach wasn’t that great. But thats besides the point, and NFL teams honestly don’t care as much about his film before his meteoric rise. Young kids can develop very quickly.
