That is the thing slowing me down on selling. If *general* inflation is coming, then
having real estate is actually a hedge, not a problem, and RE has just been a leading indicator rather than a speculative bubble.

Of course it could end up being both- interest rates pop first, RE prices crash, then quickly go up over the next decade as general inflation takes hold.
