Price that appears in travel search sites. Right now it’s buried in the fine print you get when you get to the reservation page. If they showed in prices on search engines it would make hotels that don’t charge them stand out even more.

I’ve stayed in many resort hotels in my life and I’ve yet to stay in one that justified an extra $30-40 to use their amenities. It’s like paying one price for a bed and another for everything else. It should be one price for everything
