Agree and disagree.

I am NOT saying because you went to BYU you will be more successful. I am saying on average BYU kids are perceived in a more positive light to employers vs UVU kids. The numbers back it up.

You are right kids can control their own success, no doubt. It is similar to football. Is Bama better because they are just a better program or are they better because they recruit well and get 5* athletes? Who knows, probably both.

I don't personally know Harding, but there is little doubt BYU is a better school. Unless he thinks he has a legit career in basketball not sure getting a few extra minutes is worth going to UVU...that is all subjective and personal opinion.
