Boomer's Millenial children move back home for a while (or leave later).

There are some retired Boomers in my neighborhood that specifically went bigger to accommodate children returning home.

Personally, I plan to downsize to discourage that behavior. (I'm Gen-X if that factors in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
