My wages aren't going up.
I don't think it's super helpful to assume that your average worker is taking home $70K. I mean - sure, some might be. But I know entire industries where that simply isn't the case.

Not state workers, not school teachers, etc. So - should none of those people be able to have a home? They were already stretching trying to get into a home at 2018's prices. Now they just don't have any hope.
