Got divorced last year and sold my townhome.. in that year same house +50% value
Now a year later, I am getting ready to buy again but most homes that I was considering are out of my price range. Condos or townhomes with their hoa costs are beginning to make things look less and less affordable. Other costs are included besides just the principle and interest of a home loan.
