CougarTailDevourer Intervention Needed

Last I checked there was an astronomical amount of homes in forbearance

nationally. It was in the millions. Sure, some of those people may just have the cash to pay off the lump sum payment, but many may not. Hardly anyone is underwater due to current real estate prices, so if it weren't for this legislation those who couldn't pay the lump sum would likely just sell and that would increase inventory and settle the real estate market some.
