Other than wanting someone else to have the headaches of ownership any guidance on what you would like to do?
You could learn a trade and have a low stress high paying job with a little time. Your skill set would probably make you a great plumber (for instance).
But give an idea of what you would like to do or what skills you think are your strongest.
I know this isn’t resume advice, but the resume advice is downstream from what you are targeting and really at this point the right target and contact with that target is likely a lot more important than a resume.
