Crafting a great resume will take a lot of time and patience. Seeking guidance a
feedback like you’re doing now is great. Additionally, if you’re in the position to do so, there are professionals that help folks transition careers by crafting resumes, providing interview prep resources, and networking.

Leave personal information off—maybe have one line for general interests near the bottom. You can have a very solid resume with just one page of concise, key information.

If you have no idea what you want to do for a next step, you’ll want to consider creating multiple resume versions tailored to each job you’re applying for (speaking specifically to skills/experience they’re looking for in a candidate).

Just out of curiosity, is there a reason you don’t want to scale up your businesses to enable you to hire out even more of the management aspects that are stressing you out? I know someone with a couple dozen franchises that now spends a handful of hours a week actually doing work and they live a really nice life.

Anyways, if you’d like a resume template and want to see a resume that has been workshopped quite a bit, I’m happy to some examples your way.
