Be aware that some companies slap "Project Manager" on just about any job. When
I was looking, (I was a PMP certified Project Manager with years of experience) I saw jobs labeled Project Manager that were call center appointment setters and account managers. Others were actually personal assistant, or executive secretary type roles. Some were legit PM jobs, but many were not.
On the flip side, you have a bunch of people with no real PM experience calling themselves Project Managers.
