1. We want the money from the sale of the stores for real estate investments when this housing bubble pops or at least softens which if history is any indicator it eventually will.

Four locations is hard to manage for one supervisor especially since one of our locations is about 2 hrs away. We've tried it a couple of times and things go off the rails without me there to help. Our business was much more profitable and eeasier to run when we started 11 yrs ago. Our Franchisor has made changes that have not benefited the majority of the Franchisees as much as it has itself.

I'm just ready for something new. I like working. I like problem solving. I am fortunate that I don't HAVE to find a new job but for my mental state I NEED something else.
Plus not paying $2300 per month for health Insurance would be a nice bonus.
