Learning to live with them will involve accepting a growing loss of human life.
It will also mean changing the way we can recreate. Sure, most people are willing to take precautions when they go to Yellowstone once or twice. But will many give up solo fishing/hunting/biking/hiking once bears are in Utah and Colorado and other populated states where outdoor recreation is part of the lifestyle? I don’t have all the answers, but I foresee this becoming a growing problem unless they’re contained.
