All I know is one of the best workouts you can do is the leg press. The key is to stack as many plates on it as your
legs can hold and then when you’re ready to temporarily release the lock mechanism to engage the machine — proceed to go down as far as you can, although 1 or two inches will suffice. From there, hurry to replace the locking mechanism before a sizable amount of weight that you can barely hold comes crashing down.

This exercise is key for any serious gym enthusiast. It’s also recommended that you keep the following items nearby each time you move from one part of the gym to the other:

1. One gallon jug of water.
2. Duffel bag.
3. Workout gloves with exposed finger tips.
