Several of my bosses have exhibited temper flare-ups and major swearing outbursts over the years. My current VP goes off on a cursing tirade anytime the slightest of issues surfaces. He's actually a lot better than he used to be after my old work friend quit and threw the VP under the bus to HR during his exit interview. That said, it still surfaces around the managers and directors, but never around the analysts and admins.
