I sympathize a bit for Momma Wilson there. Kalani was bearing the weight of more than just BYU's failing. The fam obviously wanted some instate love — & didn't get a speck from either of the two instate programs worthy of stealing Zach from BSU. To slink in that late in the game when they were probably getting very comfortable with Zach's decision — it was probably pretty nerve-racking. Particularly when a big part of Kalani's punchline is "Well, you do want to watch him play every week, right?"

We have to keep in mind that Kalani had a long relationship with the family. We were VERY fortunate Zach didn't stick with Boise.
