The dog, and if everyone isn’t willing, it just won’t work. Training has to be 100% consistent with everyone or it confuses the dog and they won’t learn. If you got it from a responsible breeder you can usually give the dog back at any age, if not either a shelter, rescue, or finding a good home is your best bet. It’s better to rehome the dog than to have you and the dog constantly stressed out. That’s neither fair to you or the dog.
