doing this because budgets have been hurt by the pandemic, and they need more revenue. Plus, as you said, they are aware of the growing disenfranchisement of college football fans with what appears to be the same power teams over and over....which again, is all about the threat to future revenue. In both cases, it is all about the money.

Probably should be. 12-16 at least gives smaller schools a chance at it though. Why I prefer 16 with no byes.
