The kid is obviously talented — but hit a wall over something.
He's not the kind of athlete that's gonna be able to glide through the D1 game if things are off for him.
On the contrary, things could unravel fast for him — which appears to be what happened.
A fresh start did wonders for Barcello. Why not this kid too? The yewts were NOT his best offer, & unlike AB at Arizona — Rylan's already proven he can play D1 ball at a high level.
And a low level as well.
