The ones that use fuzzy logic seem to have more functionality

We have the Zojirushi one listed in this review guide. I've had the cheaper ones but really prefer this one (seems like it gets different kinds of rice and grains done better across the board). But my guess is this article will give you better reasons than I can.

Calrose is the baseline. Add some premium sushi rice with it (2:1 ratio) and prepare for deliciousness to overwhelm.

We are particular with our rice, and we use a cheap one. Just buy the good rice.

We mix 3 parts Sushi Rice with 1 part Quinoa and do about a 1.5:1 water to rice
