It cost us 70 bucks at Walmart on O'ahu but I've seen the same one here in Utah for 150 at the Asian markets. Also, it make sure it's from Japan and not China.

Calrose is the baseline. Add some premium sushi rice with it (2:1 ratio) and prepare for deliciousness to overwhelm.

We mix 3 parts Sushi Rice with 1 part Quinoa and do about a 1.5:1 water to rice
