ones and more expensive ones and not a lot in between. For those who have a rice cooker and use it, do I go for the more expensive kind. Is it worth it?

Calrose is the baseline. Add some premium sushi rice with it (2:1 ratio) and prepare for deliciousness to overwhelm.

We are particular with our rice, and we use a cheap one. Just buy the good rice.

We got a small Instapot and threw out our rice cooker, steamer, and slow cooker.

We mix 3 parts Sushi Rice with 1 part Quinoa and do about a 1.5:1 water to rice
