Another thing to consider is why a realtor would tell someone scary stories
About building a custom home. There’s a lot more commission on selling you a 700k home than a 75k lot.
Building a nice custom home should not be taken lightly. Being over prepared financially is the best approach

Agreed but 1/2 acre is $115,000, 1 acre lot is $200,000 & the more expensive lot
