it’s a very hard decision to go for it. My last build got delayed a couple months getting the right property and I don’t regret it at all. Being 1000 bigger would hurt you on appraisal and probably again selling it someday

Agreed but 1/2 acre is $115,000, 1 acre lot is $200,000 & the more expensive lot
