My kids are staying with their current academy program.
Oldest boy is on a very competitive AA team but on the bottom half of the roster as a 9yo.
He’s coachable and loves it, but can be timid and unsure of what to do / not aggressive enough.
I don’t coach him and let coaches do that.
Any videos / techniques / drills that you’d suggest to build quickness and aggressiveness?
He’s not naturally elite athletically but he is a solid well rounder athlete and player.
One big problem is time — in a given week he has too many practices or games for various sports to leave a lot of room or energy for “outside work” — were often going from soccer practice to baseball game or soccer game to basketball practice on same days.
