I would also agree, I did a marathon last year and it was way more difficult
Than a half IM IMPO.
I would rather do 3 half IM than a full marathon 😂
Training to me isn't as difficult as many think. Especially if you just get a coach and maximize your efforts. I only training 60 mins on weekdays and nothing more than 2.5 hrs on a big weekend.
I know people that really over train and do way more than needed.
