I think the Pac-12 wins big time. The conference parity and 9-game schedule hurts for the current playoff structure

but wins with the expanded playoff. Just as we saw this year in the NCAAs.

The Pac-12 CCG will ensure at least one spot. But expanded to 12 will help the P12 get another team in most years. It also makes more of the games more relevant during the season.

The Sunbelt will be a better conference than the MWC very soon. Within 7 years.
