You are either for or against based on who’s cutting your check.. at least based on what Ive seen as I’ve stayed away from it though my father who is also a physician does a ton

Though you can also just do a lot of case reviews where u can be honest re:the merits of the case.. these seem like a better way than get a check but not take down someone
