I think it depends. I reviewed a case for a lawyer who was defending a doc
Recently. I did not hold any punches where the doc screwed up. The lawyer was grateful for my honesty. The lawyer prob won’t have me testify or be deposed because I was honest with her. If you are true to your morals and honest I don’t see harm. Better someone who is honest than the docs who will sell their soul to make some extra cash.
