Nope never ran track but I did actually make it state in the pole vault.
Kind of joke. That same buddy won the state pole vault our senior year of high school and broke the state record. Due to there being no other vaulters in our region if I could clear the minimum height I would qualify for state. His dad coached myself and another one of our friends for 2 months before the region competition. I cleared 12.5 and the buddy cleared 10 to make it to state. They set the minimum height at 12 at the state meet. I cleared that and scratched out on 12.5. Other buddy no heighted at state. And yes I have the medal to prove this claim.

The only chance almost everyone on Cougarboard would have would be a non-athletic event like shooting. It's the only one
