You do realize that those kids hitting 53 have been picked to run that race...
...and are training for it because someone thought they might be able to be fast at it. And they're running 53. Getting to sub 48 is lightyears from 53 in the 400. I don't care HOW much you train - getting to sub 48 in the 400 is impressive.

The only chance almost everyone on Cougarboard would have would be a non-athletic event like shooting. It's the only one
