There are a hand full. I was one of the no names that ran that time and 400m
wasn't my event. 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles were my top events but my coach would throw me and the other top hurdler at my school 2 more events at each meet as needed.
Gutting under 50 I feel would be a huge accomplishment for anybody. If you haven't ran the 400 its basically murder. Pretty much a sprint or like 95-98% effort the whole race.

The only chance almost everyone on Cougarboard would have would be a non-athletic event like shooting. It's the only one
