Here's what the hypothetical teams could look like. This is based upon total Win Shares / VORP over the top 7 seasons of each player in NBA history. Not a perfect ranking, but still pretty good. 4th team would include the following for black players:

Shaquille O'Neal
Tim Duncan
Scottie Pippen
James Harden / Dwyane Wade (they're pretty much tied)
Stephen Curry

Here's what the lineup would be for the top white players

George Mikan (you could argue Jokic could end up here eventually, but based on entire careers not yet)
Dirk Nowitzki
Larry Bird
Jerry West
John Stockton

Jerry West is technically listed as PG on the list, but he played a bunch at SG and he was vastly superior to the top white SG on the list. The only position where the white team would clearly have an advantage is SF w/ Bird. PG would be pretty close, but the other 3 positions would all be dominated by the black roster. I think the white team would keep it competitve, but the black team would win most of the games.
