Based on this article: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2232060-br-nba-legends-100-ranking-the-greatest-players-of-all-time. You could choose anyone above 17 for the fourth best all black team.

You could just do Steph, KD, Ray allen, Elgin Baylor, and Moses malone
