I want her to take all the time necessary to get it done right, and she always does. Second, in today's fee for service structure, fewer patients equals higher cost per patient. So if my doctor is waiting for my arrival and doing nothing, my costs just went up. Which would circle back to your original question of how valuable your time really is.
