So why write the nasty email and have an aggressive policy

How about saying I value your time and you value mine and I’ll try to on time and you try to be on time. And if either one of us is consistently abusive of that trust then we stop the relationship

I’m sorry ….. but the office started this by being rude about the appt times and being early and then to turn around and be close to an hour late

And yeah. The doc is in surgery and it appears something went long

But that is not the way they started this relationship
