She needs to form an LLC and purchase liability insurance
And probably get a business license. Or your personal assets are at risk in the event of complications leading to injury and lawsuit. Like sticking a needle in someone isn’t without risk ( bleeding, nerve damage, infection, etc,). She may also need to check into billing insurances for the service and get setup on insurance panels to do that. There are contractors that can help with that. Charging cash for any willing to pay that, probably okay, but many pts may prefer to run it through insurance.

Also if she’s getting referrals from her employer and referring them to a personal practice instead of the clinic, it’s a conflict of interest since that patient is potentially going elsewhere for services he would have possibly returned to the clinic for. I’d fire her if I were her boss and found that.
