It's a big up-front cost to build fancy suites, and Provo doesn't have many

...large companies who willing to pay for those suites. BYU already milks NuSkin, Vivint, and Grandma Sycamore's Bread for about as much money as they are going to get, and I don't think the big companies in SLC are interested in sending their money & employees to Provo.
