I'm sure Holmoe would love a new stadium
As the poster said above and I agree, it is about the up front money for paying the stadium. Most in charge don't see it as potential added revenue in the future as much as up front costs now.
Most NFL owners are looking at it more long term and can see the added revenue that the new stadiums provide. They also generally have the funds to pay for it up front.
