The few teams that are strong enough to make the superconference are already dominating recruiting.
They will still have the same limited scholarships and limited playing time issues though.
So it’s not like a system where there’s one super conference and everything else is G5-esque.
It would be similar to how it is today. 1-2 dominating conferences followed up by 1-2 second-tier conferences.
Frankly, there’s too much talent and too many playing time opportunities to limit excellent recruits to just the elites.
The schools who missed the super conference aren't going away, they’d going to form their own lesser but semi-prestigious league. It wouldn’t be much different than the P12 is today
So Nothing would really change.
Utah would still lose the same higher level recruits to the same elite programs they always do. But who would suddenly swoop in and start taking the 3 and in 4-star star recruits from Utah?
