At least TCU is on the inside at present and had 10 years of P5 money as a shot in the arm. Every football facility (including the stadium) at TCU has been significantly renovated since the Big XII invite.

All scheduling contracts have an out clause for joining a P5. Not a problem.

Breakup of Big12, tons of schedules nationwide will be reworked. Even Indy BYU
