What could be interesting would be 2 superconferences, essentially east and west
with four quadrants/divisions in each. And each division champ gets a spot in a 16 team playoff. That's 64 teams. Would BYU be one of them? I honestly don't know. But it would be add a lot more to the table than 50% of the current P5 programs.
