As a small business owner I see both sides. It's hard not to take negative
reviews personally if they seem legit, but it's frustrating when they complain about something silly or out of the business' control.

I have started leaving positive reviews when the business deserves it, and I message the owner or business through their website or social media instead of leaving a negative review if something needs addressed.
