One was a few hundred dollars when I was scammed for some auto service I didn't need - they called me and offered a refund, so I edited my review saying they tried to make it right.

The other was for a moving service. I just hired a couple of guys to help me unload my moving truck into a storage unit. The guys said there was an upcharge for moving a piano of $125. I paid it, but didn't feel it was right since it was an upright piano on functional wheels and I helped them move it down the ramp and into the storage unit. I wrote a review saying the guys were great, but didn't appreciate the unjust extra fee. They contacted me and Venmo'd the $125 back and I edited the review to remove that part.

Just recently we dealt with a management service for a rental house we rented who flat out lied to us multiple times, bordering on criminal, but certainly unethical behavior. Left reviews on Google, Yelp, and FB. They haven't responded. Screw them.
