Short term for sure but trend for them is definitely upward and they have a

higher ceiling than many currently in the Big 12 IMO.

New practice facilites.
New NFL game stadium (right off the strip).
Large media market (and growing).
Easy access to Vegas, Phoenix and So Cal talent.
Convenient inexpensive location for travel.
Local bowl game.

Hard to not like their odds if they're investing in football now.
