I think the biggest issue is Kalani appears to genuinely care about his football

players becoming good people and it isn't all about football at the end of the day. USC needs a coach who will win at w/e cost, all about football and sending players to the NFL. Sure the coach will care about his players, but the team and winning will come first. Maybe I am too cynical.
