As soon as that player ran onto the field, Utah sent in a guy. Maybe I'm wrong but I felt like the no penalty and a new 25 seconds benefited BYU in that moment.

If that's the case, they should have called a penalty on Utah, not a warning on BYU.

That is the biggest issue. Ref screwed up by leaving the ball. Only way BYU

It was Utah's fault for not getting their player off the field. The player got on just fine.

there is no 10 second limit - it's up to the official to decide if they've had enough time
