That guarantees you still have 5 seconds to snap the ball once the defense has their 10 seconds to assess who is left on the field.

…maybe this would get the infamous “intent to deceive” flag

It was Utah's fault for not getting their player off the field. The player got on just fine.

there is no 10 second limit - it's up to the official to decide if they've had enough time
