I just found it. BYU was jogging off the field too. I don't see anything wrong.

The ref didn't penalize BYU. If anything, BYU got a new 25 seconds and got a breather. People just need something to whine about.

BYU won. That's all that matters.

It was Utah's fault for not getting their player off the field. The player got on just fine.
