Textbook targeting. One of the indicators of targeting is worded this way:
"A player lowering his head before attacking by initiating forcible contact with the crown of the helmet."
Should've been such an easy call, especially going up against a QB so you know there are eyes fixed on the play. Comparing that to the targeting that was called and rescinded Washington St/USC game is comical.
